First, I got a complimentary upgrade to a two-bedroom apartment, great surprise right? The place felt homely, had a nice kitchen space and also the bathroom had top-notch toiletries, which isn't something you see all the time....  

During my stay at Dolphin House, I appreciated the spacious layout of the two-bedroom deluxe apartment, which featured a well-equipped kitchen that facilitated meal preparation. The location was fantastic, allowing for easy access to local transport and attractions, and...  

I stayed in a Two-Bedroom Standard Apartment for two nights. The location was excellent, close to public transport. The apartment itself was spacious, making it easy to relax after exploring. The beds were comfortable, which helped us get a good night's sleep. the kitchen appliances were outdated and not suitable for cooking much beyond snacks. No air conditioning made the room uncomfortably hot during the day. I asked for an extra fan but didn’t receive one. The Wi-Fi connection was decent, a plus since I needed to stay connected. The staff at the front desk were friendly but could improve on responsiveness. The lack of a proper washing machine was a hassle. great location and lovely space, but the heat issue really affected our comfort.

While the apartment's layout was good, I found the absence of air conditioning genuinely bothersome. it made the room uncomfortable during warmer days. The communal laundry setup was inconvenient—finding the right laundry room felt more like a scavenger hunt, especially when signage was unclear. A couple of the washing machines were out of order, making it frustrating to get laundry done in a timely manner. I noticed that access to the dining options could be restrictive. I wanted takeaway but the on-site restaurant insisted on seated dining only.

Comfortable Stay Despite Minor Flaws

I enjoyed a spacious One-Bedroom Deluxe Apartment with great views. The kitchen facilities were handy, allowing me to prepare meals easily. The breakfast options were delightful. I recommend visiting the nearby parks for a refreshing stroll. Just be prepared for warmer room temperatures during the summer months.

The unsympathetic reception staff further diminished the experience, making even routine requests feel burdensome, such as a charge for extra sheets. While the desserts were enjoyable at breakfast, dinner left much to be desired, highlighting the need for improvement in the on-site dining options.
